Veteranos is a east-northeasterly, southeast dipping fault-vein zone. Mineralization consists of white, high temperature quartz with boxworks after sulfides and or oxides. A tractor cut across the Veteranos structure exposed 3 meters of 11.4 g/t Au and 24.9 g/t Ag (sample 117) near the contact of propylitic altered lapilli tuffs and hornblende diorite. On surface, the Veteranos structure is marked by siliceous float over a strikelength of more 1200 meters on a fault-bounded ridge. A grab sample of mineralized float returned values of 22.6 g/t Au, >100 g/t Ag, >6% Fe, 0.2% Cu and 0.3% Pb+Zn (208216). The structure has been hand trenched by OGR (section 10.3), returning generally low values.
