Marc is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Everton Resources, Majescor Resources and Adventure Gold. Mr. Carbonneau has more than 22 years of experience as a consultant to small and medium-size companies, including the Public Service Alliance of Canada.  While there, he worked as an administrator of the pension funds and its insurance trust as well as being the treasurer of the collective insurance funds.

Mr. Carbonneau has extensive experience in internal controls, budgeting and production of financial statements. Marc graduated in 1983 from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and, since 1986, is a member in good standing of the Quebec Board of Chartered Accountants.
