Los Evanos is a ductile shear zone hosted in propylitic-altered hornblende diorite along or close to the fault contact with intermediate volcanic tuffs. The zone trends northeast and dips moderately southeast. Mineralization is exposed by a 30 meter long adit, but does not outcrop on surface. Halfway into the adit, there is a winze about 7 meters deep that leads to a lower level.  The average result of 15 channel samples across the shear zone is 52 g/t Ag and 3.1 g/t Au across 1 meter. This includes a result of 148 g/t Ag and 7.4 g/t Au across 1 meter from the lower level of the mine (sample 15054). A grab sample of quartz-specularite from the dump contains 128.4 g/t Au and 314 g/t Ag (sample 15605).
