Mr. Audet is currently the President and CEO of Everton Resources Inc., a publicly-traded junior mining exploration company focusing in the Dominican Republic and in the James Bay area of Quebec. Mr. Audet is also Chairman of the Board of Majescor Resources Inc. and Adventure Gold Inc., two publicly-traded junior mining exploration companies.

Mr. Audet was one of the founders of Orezone Resources Inc., a mining company whose shares are publicly traded on the TSX as well as on AMEX.  Mr. Audet is also Director of Metco Resources Inc. and Pediment Exploration Inc., two publicly-traded mining exploration companies. Mr. Audet was formerly a Vice-President at BMO Nesbitt Burns specializing in private portfolios and mining investments from 1989-1999; he was also a Financial Advisor at Midland Doherty and Royal Trust from 1987-1989.

Mr. Audet graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in Finance) from the University of Ottawa in 1982. Mr. Audet is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and possesses more than twenty years of experience in the financing of public companies.
